Description:   Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, in 2015 Amy received a B.A. with Honors in Psychology from the Ohio State University, with minors in French and Linguistics. In 2018, she received a J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law. During law school, Amy served on the executive board of Women in Law as the Communications Coordinator, and she was a competing member of UNC’s Intellectual Property Moot Court Team. Amy worked on real legal cases as a summer associate for a small Asheville-based law firm, and she successfully registered trademarks for her own clients as part of the UNC School of Law Trademark Clinic. Since graduating, Amy has volunteered to provide pro bono legal services to low-wealth entrepreneurs and investors through the NC LEAP program. Amy adds tough advocacy to her friendliness and her dedication to helping others in her practice of law.
